Due to maintenance and essential remedial repairs, we are sorry to announce that for Health & Safety reasons, the hall is now closed. It is anticipated that the work will be completed by 23rd June but all hirers will be notified of the actual re-opening date as soon as known. Village Hall The new hall was built in 2014 with grateful thanks to two villagers, Dorothy Hunt and Mary Adams, for their very generous bequests, the Big Lottery Fund and for the support of the local community. Built on the site of the old hall, it provides excellent facilities, ample car parking, and is welcoming and accessible to all. Located In the centre of the village, it is close to the Church of St Michael and All Angels, the Powis Arms pub, the volunteer-run Community Shop and Walcot Hall.
